Dwellings NW was started by Rob Moneyhan in 2007. After nearly six years as top-producing residential broker in the Portland metro area, Rob followed his passion for real estate development and founded Dwellings NW. Rob’s real estate career began in 1998 in Aspen Colorado, where he worked as a Finish Carpenter on some of the nation’s finest homes. He earned his real estate license in 2000 and was a Residential Broker with Windermere from 2002 until 2005. Currently he is the Founding Partner and Managing Principal Broker for Greater Portland Real Estate.

Whether a property is a vacation spot, a business location or a place to call home, Rob is driven to achieve the best use of space and resources on each project. Whenever possible, his goal is to use the highest quality designs and materials available.
