Rob Moneyhan,
Founding Partner/Principal Real Estate Broker
Project Manager, DwellingsNW Development

Rob was born in Las Vegas, but early in his childhood his family ventured East for work and eventually landed north of Philadelphia in beautiful Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Rob moved West again for college and graduated from the University of Colorado Business School in 1996. After enjoying some work and life experiences in San Francisco and then Aspen, Rob landed in Portland in 1998. He grew to quickly appreciate the balance of urban amenities and outdoor recreation the Portland area offers. After 10 years in Portland neighborhoods Rob now lives in Lake Oswego with his wife Angela and their two young children. Rob and his wife Angela both invested early on in rental properties in the area. They currently own and manage five different multi-tenant rentals.
Rob believes in learning by doing and takes pride in his versatile real estate experience. He became a top-producing agent in the Portland metro area during his second year in the profession and to date has helped more than 100 clients buy and sell real estate. He’s remodeled four older homes personally over the years, three of which sold within days of being listed. (The fourth is his current home, not for sale…yet. The process can be addicting.) Rob’s new construction experience includes developing land and building four new live-work-play detached townhomes in Hood River, Oregon. Naturally, the next frontier was commercial real estate. Rob has been actively involved in commercial brokerage and development since 2007.
His construction experience is particularly helpful in dealing with older properties in the Portland area.
