History

Rob and Angela Moneyhan started Greater Portland Real Estate in May of 2005. They began their careers together at Windermere Real Estate in 2002. Once changes in Oregon licensing requirements made it easier for independent companies to emerge from a franchise-dominated market, they caught the entrepreneurial bug. Having both grown up in thriving family-owned businesses, venturing out to create their own unique brand came naturally.

Rob and Angela knew they wanted to start a dynamic company that focused on the needs and desires of the Portland real estate market. That meant knowing the local flavor, keeping current in today’s business and consumer marketplace and grounding their efforts in respectable business practices.

As their family has grown, Angela is less involved now as a hands-on broker but stays connected to the business as an advisor and coach.
